Overview

In this role, you will own end-to-end SEO, shaping Synthesia’s organic growth by building high-converting, SEO-friendly landing pages and journeys. You’ll partner with Product, Brand/Design, and Engineering to improve UX, conversion, and performance, using data and experimentation to iterate quickly. You’ll explore AI-enabled SEO strategies and automation to scale output while maintaining quality. This role offers the chance to influence how users discover and adopt Synthesia’s product at speed and scale.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end SEO initiatives across on-page, technical, and content
  • Create high-quality landing pages and user journeys that drive product adoption
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to improve UX, conversion, and performance
  • Audit and optimize localized websites for multi-language and geo-specific markets
  • Leverage data and experimentation to iteratively improve SEO outcomes

Key requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO with strong on-page and technical foundations
  • Strong UX + CRO instincts with experience improving website journeys to increase conversion
  • AI-native operator; automate workflows using AI tools to scale output
  • Proven track record shipping high-quality landing pages combining SEO with product marketing
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally to scope, ship, and iterate website improvements
  • Experience with measurement/reporting tools (Looker, GA4, HubSpot, or similar) and turning data into insights
  • Self-starter with bias for action in fast-moving environments
  • Bonus: off-site SEO and AI search performance experience
