Supply Chain Manager – Installations + EPC

Overview

As Procurement Manager for Installations and EPC, you will own supplier relationships, contracts and landed cost across residential installations and utility-scale projects. You’ll partner with Operations, Installs and Development teams to keep supply aligned with the build-out roadmap, while driving cost optimization. You’ll manage day-to-day commercial activity—billing, payments, disputes, and supplier performance—ensuring timely delivery of equipment and services. Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage installation supply with installer partners, subcontractors, materials and consumables, including rate cards and total landed cost
• Procure EPC and utility-scale equipment and contracts (panels, inverters, batteries, balance-of-plant)
• Onboard, qualify and manage performance of supplier base for installers and EPC/equipment
• Oversee day-to-day commercial management: billing, payments, disputes, supplier performance
• Drive cost optimization across the category focusing on total landed cost for residential installs and capital cost for utility-scale builds
• Collaborate with Operations/Installs and Development/EPC teams to ensure supply keeps pace with the build-out roadmap

Key requirements

• Procurement, category or sourcing experience across field operations/installations and/or capital projects, EPC or construction
• Strong negotiator with focus on unit economics, total landed cost and capital-project terms
• Experience spanning high-volume residential supply and lower-volume, high-value utility-scale contracting
• Hands-on, operational, capable of owning day-to-day activities
• Organised and resilient in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
