Technical Manager – North East London

Overview

As a Technical Manager you will lead the technical team to support on-site delivery of quality residential developments. You will collaborate with planning and other departments to provide accurate technical information for applications and progress reporting. You will shape design and construction processes across a portfolio of schemes, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Responsibilities

• Support delivery of key business performance targets
• Manage and support the Technical team and external consultants
• Assist co-ordinate with Planning Department in planning process and provide technical information for planning applications
• Lead and manage teams on new build schemes
• Arrange, coordinate and manage technical meetings with other departments, recording action points
• Prepare and maintain design programmes and documents for monitoring progress and reporting to management
