Overview
In this Clinic Manager role, you will lead daily operations for a flagship Central London clinic, ensuring safe, efficient and patient-focused service. You will manage a multidisciplinary team, drive clinical quality and regulatory compliance, and partner with clinical leaders on CQC matters. You will implement governance and performance improvements, oversee budgeting and service delivery KPIs, and support scalable growth. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure safe and seamless service delivery
- Manage, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team including radiographers and patient liaison staff
- Drive exceptional patient experience standards across services
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to maintain full CQC compliance across regulated activities
- Lead preparation for CQC inspections, audits and external reviews
- Ensure governance, data protection, patient safety and quality standards
- Oversee workforce planning, rota management, procurement and facilities operations
- Monitor and analyse KPIs such as patient satisfaction, service utilisation and financial performance
- Manage clinic budgets and drive operational efficiencies
- Develop and implement operational plans to grow and scale the service
- Build and maintain relationships with patients, partners and key stakeholders
Key requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in private healthcare practice or clinic management
- Experience in diagnostic, imaging or premium healthcare environments
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and delivery of patient-focused outcomes
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards, governance frameworks and UK healthcare regulations
- Experience preparing for and managing regulatory inspections and audits
- Demonstrable experience managing budgets, financial performance and KPIs
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced, growing organisation
- Ability to commute to Central London daily (within 45 minutes preferred)
