Product Manager – Semiconductors – Cambridge

Overview

In this role you will define and launch next‑generation controller ICs for wearables and vision-enabled devices, shaping the product roadmap and collaborating with silicon, firmware, software, and system teams. You will translate customer needs into actionable product direction and create compelling collateral for stakeholders. The position sits at the intersection of silicon development and go‑to‑market strategy in a fast‑growing, multidisciplinary environment. This is an opportunity to lead a new semiconductor product family and impact both technical definition and market success.

Responsibilities

• Shape the roadmap for new controller ICs and system-level features
• Lead requirements, feature prioritisation, and value proposition development
• Collaborate with silicon, firmware, software, and system engineering teams
• Create customer-ready product collateral (briefs, decks, datasheet content, application notes)
• Analyze markets and competitors in wearables, AR/VR, and smart devices
• Translate customer needs into actionable product direction

Key requirements

• Proven semiconductor product management experience (ICs, controllers, or system-level silicon)
• Strong understanding of silicon development lifecycles
• Background in high-volume consumer electronics
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for customers and partners
• Analytical, structured, and able to build processes in a fast-moving environment
• Degree in Electronics Engineering or similar
