Overview

As Director of Product Marketing, you will build Ezra’s PMM function from the ground up and shape a globally consistent product narrative. You will own product positioning, audience architecture, and the AI-enabled value story for enterprise buyers, while aligning regional GTM with global strategy. This hands-on leader will enable the Sales team with compelling enablement and drive revenue impact through clear articulation of product value. You’ll partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to scale across a multi-product ecosystem and guide the company through its AI evolution.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale the PMM function, including operating model, processes, and foundational frameworks
  • Own product positioning, architecture, audience segments, buyer problems, and differentiators across the portfolio
  • Lead GTM for new products/features: launch briefs, ICPs, packaging input, cross-functional readiness
  • Create and maintain a sales enablement suite (narratives, talk tracks, battlecards, demos)
  • Define and govern the AI narrative for enterprise value while protecting premium human coaching positioning
  • Manage global-regional PMM alignment with room for local adaptation
  • Hire and develop a PMM to support delivery and grow the team
  • Own commercial accountability for PMM’s revenue contribution and track key metrics (pipeline, win rates, velocity)

Key requirements

  • 8–12+ years in product marketing, with enterprise B2B SaaS or platform experience
  • Proven ability to build a PMM function from scratch
  • Deep PMM competency: positioning, launches, sales enablement, messaging, storytelling
  • Experience partnering with Product, Sales, and senior leadership to influence strategy
  • Strong writing and synthesis skills (artefacts, one-pagers, briefs, battlecards)
  • Experience managing multi-product portfolios with coherent architecture and prioritization
  • Comfort with ambiguity and building structured processes from the ground up
  • PMM training or certification (PMM Alliance, Reforge, Pragmatic Institute)
  • Ideally: HR tech/L&D/talent/coaching exposure; ideally: AI-enabled GTM experience
