Data Licensing Specialist (Finance & Process Automation)

Overview

In this role you enable accurate financial data management and compliance within SIX’s Data Licensing Management team. You will collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Product and Tech to improve data processes, elevate data quality, and drive automation and AI-enabled improvements. You’ll balance financial process ownership with innovation to enhance efficiency, scalability and service quality for customers and internal stakeholders. This role combines data stewardship with operational excellence in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enrich critical reference and master data with high accuracy and completeness
• Perform sanctions screening and security master data controls in line with regulatory requirements
• Monitor data quality, investigate discrepancies, and resolve exceptions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Operations, Compliance, Product, and Technology to improve data processes and controls
• Contribute to process optimization and automation initiatives within BPO services

Key requirements

• Experience in operations, data management, BPO, financial services, or related environments
• Strong attention to detail with ability to analyze and maintain large volumes of sensitive data
• Knowledge of sanctions screening, regulatory requirements, KYC/AML principles, or financial market infrastructure (advantageous)
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
