Senior Workday Analyst – Security & Data

Overview

As a Senior Workday Analyst within Global HR Technology and Services, you will develop, support and maintain the core Workday HR system while delivering excellent service to colleagues worldwide. You will analyze processes, configure new Workday functionality, and partner with stakeholders to drive security, data governance and integrations. This role offers the chance to shape security models, data quality and compliant data exchange at a global scale. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enable effective HR operations in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert in Workday Security and Data, driving continuous improvement with stakeholders
• Own and configure the Workday security model including security groups and role-based access
• Manage domain and business process security policies and conduct regular security audits
• Support internal and external audit activities and ensure segregation of duties
• Assess security impacts of organizational changes and new Workday functionality
• Establish and maintain Workday data governance standards with business stakeholders
• Drive data quality improvements and define data management processes and controls
• Support data retention and privacy requirements and ensure secure data exchange with integrations
• Assist inbound and outbound Workday integrations and troubleshoot data/integration issues
• Ensure compliance with data security standards across connected systems

Key requirements
