Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to fee earners on complex employment law matters (contentious and non-contentious)
• Utilise legal tech and AI to improve processes and efficiency
• Deliver internal training and seminars for lawyers
• Give external presentations and contribute to thought leadership
• Manage precedents and templates to standardize knowledge
• Support quality and breadth of client service through knowledge management initiatives

Key requirements

• 5+ PQE
• England & Wales qualified
• 5+ UK employment law experience in a London directory ranked team
• Interest in moving into PSL or already PSL
• Experience in both contentious (High Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court) and non-contentious matters (preferred)
