Analyst, International Healthcare Products & Services

Overview

You will drive fundamental, bottom-up research on international healthcare stocks, delivering investment ideas for global portfolios. You will work within the Global Investment Research team to identify mispricings, forecast trends, and assess ESG factors, communicating conclusions to Portfolio Managers worldwide. As you grow, you may take on sector portfolio responsibilities and influence long-term, research-driven investment decisions. This role offers collaboration in a high-intensity, analytical environment with a mission to deliver investment excellence.

Responsibilities

• conduct fundamental research and provide investment recommendations on international healthcare stocks
• identify mispricing and valuation discrepancies to inform ideas for long-only and hedge funds
• communicate investment opinions clearly to Portfolio Managers globally
• integrate ESG considerations into investment philosophy and process
• potentially assume portfolio management responsibilities for healthcare sub-sectors over time
• collaborate with colleagues and company management, engaging in open, debate-driven discussions

Key requirements

• 10-15 years of relevant experience, ideally on the Buy side, with deep coverage of International Healthcare Products & Services
• demonstrated record of successful stock recommendations
• ability to communicate effectively with Portfolio Managers across regions (US, Europe, Asia)
• strong academic credentials
• capacity for differentiated and independent thinking, and risk-taking with humility
