Technical Delivery Director

Overview

In this board-level role at Nanotek, you drive delivery strategy at the intersection of data science, engineering, and customer success. You lead multi-disciplinary Product Squads to ensure timely releases and major launches, shaping how AI-driven solutions are delivered. You connect internal innovation with client implementations, aligning technical outcomes with client metrics. You’ll design career paths and high-performance structures to empower teams to own the company’s vision, while scaling a global delivery engine.

Responsibilities

• Direct the multidisciplinary Product Squads to achieve monthly releases and bi-annual major launches with precision.
• Act as strategic bridge between internal innovation and global client implementation, coordinating with key technology stakeholders.
• Shape the organizational culture by designing career paths, mentoring programs, and performance frameworks to enable team ownership of the company’s vision.

Key requirements

• Extensive experience leading large, cross-functional delivery teams in a data-focused environment (Director of Engineering, Head of Development, etc.)
• Hands-on technical depth to lead both process and people and understand data-driven development
• Comfort in boardroom and field settings, building long-term strategic client relationships
• Growth mindset with ability to optimise internal processes (QA, SLA monitoring, escalation paths) to scale a global business
