Overview

As Trade & Content Executive, you drive the onsite trade plan and customer journey for F&F, using data-driven content and campaigns to boost engagement, conversion and sales. You collaborate with cross-functional teams (Online, Marketing, Design, Publishing and Technology) to ensure timely, accurate content aligned with trading priorities. You will optimise content with insights, coordinate campaigns, and explore innovative approaches like AI and personalisation to enhance the shopping experience. This role offers exposure to ecommerce content, performance analysis and cross-team collaboration within a major retail business.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and enhance the onsite trade plan and customer journey for F&F in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Use data and insights to optimise trading content for engagement, conversion and sales
  • Plan and coordinate weekly onsite content updates ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Coordinate and execute trade events and campaigns across F&F and Tesco.com
  • Produce regular performance reports and apply insights to improve content and campaigns
  • Monitor competitor activity and onsite trends to share opportunities with the team
  • Support product placement and taxonomy optimisations with the Search & Browse team
  • Collaborate with SEO to improve onsite content, visibility and traffic
  • Identify opportunities to improve trading content across onsite and offsite tools
  • Explore AI, personalisation and category page innovations to boost engagement and conversion
  • Build strong cross-team relationships to deliver trade and content priorities

Key requirements

  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in clothing/retail environment preferred with understanding of seasonal trading cycles
  • Confident PowerPoint for data communication
  • Strong organisation and familiarity with Outlook
  • Experience with workflow tools (e.g., Jira or Workfront)
  • Experience with CMS platforms to publish onsite content
  • Analytics experience (e.g., Adobe Omniture SiteCatalyst) for optimisation
  • Commercial or results-oriented background desirable
  • Customer-focused or digital role with online shopping journey understanding
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced priorities and manage multiple deadlines
