As Number 1 Site Manager you will report to the Contracts Manager and oversee subcontractors to deliver houses to high standards over an 18-month programme. Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site activities and subcontractors to ensure houses are completed to high standards
• Report to Contracts Manager and manage site operations as number 1 site manager
• Coordinate scheduling, safety, and quality control to maintain programme milestones
• Ensure compliance with site safety and regulatory requirements
• Support project planning and timely delivery across the 18-unit development
