Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

In this role you support executive recruitment across tech-focused sectors, handling candidate flow from sourcing to screening. You will work closely with clients and candidates to align opportunities with capabilities, contributing to the firm’s talent pipelines. The role starts with hands-on recruiting tasks and evolves toward Account Management or Business Development as you gain experience. This office-based position requires regular commuting to Paddington and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Qualify incoming candidates for roles
• Pitch roles to candidates
• Advertise roles on LinkedIn and job boards
• Arrange interviews and coordinate scheduling
• Record and conduct video screening sessions
• Source candidates via Boolean searches on LinkedIn and job boards and build target lists
• Develop into potential Account Management or Business Development over time
• Office-based role requiring commute to Paddington 5 days a week

Key requirements

• Some recruitment experience or graduate-level experience with client communication
• Excellent English (additional languages a plus)
• Experience as Internal Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition Consultant / Talent Acquisition Specialist / Talent Acquisition Manager / Resourcer is highly relevant
• Willingness to commute to Paddington, Central London
• Role excludes sales / new business activities
