Pre-Construction Manager

Overview

As a Pre-Construction Manager, you will steer pre-construction activities for fit-out and refurb projects up to 20m in Central London. You will work closely with the PreCon Director to shape project feasibility, cost planning, and design coordination to meet client and company goals. This role offers exposure to high-value fit-out work within a leading contractor, contributing to project success from early stages. You will drive collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders to unlock value and delivery certainty.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction efforts for fit-out and refurb projects up to 20m.
• Collaborate with design teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to develop feasible delivery strategies.
• Support cost planning, procurement strategies, and risk assessment in early project phases.
• Report to the PreCon Director and align on project objectives and milestones.
