Overview
In this role you will support a top City firm’s banking and debt capital markets practice across multiple jurisdictions. You will handle end-to-end deal work, from inception to close, including drafting and regulatory interaction, on conventional and Sharia-compliant transactions. You will collaborate with cross-border clients and teams to manage complex financing, listing, and structured products matters. This is a high-impact position that offers international exposure and a clear path to growth in a strong private-practice environment.
Responsibilities
- manage transaction lifecycle from inception to close
- draft transaction documents and prospectuses
- draft listing documents and liaise with regulators/listing authorities
- advise on general banking matters and structured products/derivatives mandates
Key requirements
- experience in UK, US, Singapore, Australian, Oman, Bahrain, UAE or KSA banking and/or debt capital markets work is essential
- NQ+ level of qualification in law
- ambitious and capable of handling cross-border transactions
- DCM transactions
- drafting transaction documents
