Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload across all areas of property litigation
• Advising on development land disputes and telecoms, property contracts and landlord/tenant issues
• Working closely with clients from day one with supportive supervision to build confidence
• Contributing to team growth and wider business development activities

Key requirements

• 1–4 years’ PQE in a Property Litigation team
• Solid experience across contentious property matters
• Strong understanding of development land disputes, telecoms, and landlord/tenant work (dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture, breach of covenant)
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
• Strong technical skills with a commercial, pragmatic mindset
