Full Stack Engineer C# .Net Agentic AI

Overview

In this role you will design, develop and evolve modern SaaS applications within a global InsurTech context. You will work closely with Product Owners to translate concepts into production-ready features, building scalable software with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled delivery. You’ll review AI-generated code, define technical solutions, and help raise engineering standards across the team. This position combines hands-on development with shaping architecture, quality and security in an AI-native, fast-paced environment. A hybrid setup offers regular collaboration at the Reigate office alongside flexible remote work.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance SaaS applications
• Collaborate with Product Owners to shape features from concept to production
• Write automated tests and perform code reviews
• Contribute across the Agile development lifecycle
• Define technical solutions and write clear specifications and prompts for AI tooling
• Review AI-generated code for quality, security and maintainability
• Orchestrate AI workflows and promote engineering best practices
• Own architecture decisions and support secure, scalable delivery

Key requirements

• Strong full stack experience with C# .Net and modern front-end tech (JavaScript/TypeScript)
• Hands-on use of AI coding assistants and agentic development tools
• Ability to write effective specifications/prompts and review AI-generated code
• Interest in applying AI to accelerate software delivery while upholding high engineering standards
• Solid understanding of architecture, testing, code quality and Agile delivery
