Responsibilities
- Provide accurate cost advice and reporting to clients
- Deliver projects, commissions and professional assignments
- Lead objective setting and prioritisation, collaborate as a proactive team member
- Maintain clear communication to support project completion and financial control
- Undertake commercial management services with limited supervision
- Ensure all outputs are accurate and timely
- Support the team leader in cost management of projects
- Represent the company professionally to clients and maintain strong relationships
Key requirements
- BSc in quantity surveying or equivalent
- MRICS membership
- Private commercial sector experience (offices, residential, hospitality, major projects, fit out and refurb)
- Proficient in CostX or other cost planning software
- Sustainability and data skills (carbon assessment and Power BI)
- Contract administration skills
- Pre and post-contract experience
