Senior Product Manager – Accounting Integrations (ERP)

Overview

In this role you will own the Accounting Integrations area, shaping a scalable platform that connects Perk with global ERP systems to automate accounting, reimbursement and payment processing. You’ll translate customer needs and technical challenges into a clear product vision and measurable outcomes that drive Perk’s growth and efficiency. You work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver incremental value and establish the product as a competitive differentiator. A strong emphasis on data-driven insights and user-centric UX will underpin every decision.

Responsibilities

• Dig into insights to identify opportunities and convert them into actionable strategy
• Communicate the vision and align stakeholders around the product area
• Define clear strategies and success metrics for solving high-impact problems
• Collaborate with engineering, design, Implementation, Sales Engineering, and Account Managers to execute plans
• Deliver value incrementally through well-prioritized initiatives
• Serve as the go-to expert, producing training materials and up-to-date product documentation
• Lead with servant-leadership to keep the team focused, creative, and aligned
• Evolve the product function by continuously sharing insights and building a world-class team

Key requirements

• 7+ years in a tech company with 5+ years as a Product Manager
• Experience with accounting integrations (strong plus)
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft BC or F&O
• Understanding of accounting reconciliation and finance operations
• Strong UX sensibility for customer-facing SaaS products
• SaaS/B2B experience and ability to work with finance stakeholders
• Ability to decompose complex projects into value-delivering steps
