Senior Manager, Workday Senior Finance Lead – Accounting Centre and Prism

Overview

In this role you will help lead Deloitte’s Workday Finance Practice, guiding clients through ERP and cloud-based transformations. You’ll design data and reporting solutions using PRISM analytics to deliver measurable value and ROI. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to shape end-to-end Workday implementations and support cross-functional delivery. Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, prototyping and process design stages of Workday implementations
• Design end-to-end PRISM data pipelines and reporting requirements
• Develop composite reports and analytics across financial and non-financial datasets
• Plan and deliver scope and deliverables for the team
• Manage stakeholders and build strong client relationships
• Identify and manage risk in ERP deployment projects
• Collaborate within an inclusive, cross-functional team and support development of others
• Leverage experience from multiple Workday implementations with PRISM/reporting in at least one

Key requirements

• Experience in ERP, EPM and cloud computing (storage, platforms, data)
• PRISM analytics and reporting certifications with Workday Financials experience
• Ability to plan and deliver project scope and deliverables
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills
• Good understanding of risk in ERP delivery projects
• Experience in at least two Workday implementations with PRISM/reporting in at least one
