Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management activities across the project lifecycle
• Manage contracts and procurement, especially NEC frameworks
• Oversee post-contract activities: payments, change management, cost control
• Engage with clients and contractors to ensure transparency and collaboration
• Identify value engineering opportunities and drive commercial performance
• Provide data-led insights to support strategic decision-making
• Prepare estimates from early-stage forecasts to detailed cost plans

Key requirements

• Proven expertise in quantity surveying, procurement, and/or estimating on large-scale infrastructure projects
• Degree-qualified, MRICS status or actively working towards it
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and infrastructure cost management
• Collaborative, proactive approach with clear communication and adaptability
• Ability to balance site travel with flexible, balanced working
• Driven to contribute, lead, and grow within a global consultancy
