Senior Data Analyst

Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst in CSC’s Global Financial Services Insights team, you will deliver analytics solutions that shape strategic decisions for Capital Markets. You will work hands-on to design and present data-driven insights, while guiding governance and dashboard architecture. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to translate complex data into executive-ready narratives and ensure data quality across outputs. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge BI capabilities and a clear impact on revenue and operations in a global firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional data analyses to uncover strategic insights for commercial, operational, and financial decisions in Capital Markets.
• Independently scope, design, and deliver analytics projects from requirements to executive presentation with minimal supervision.
• Architect, build, and govern Domo dashboards and reports for Leadership, Commercial, Product Operations, and Finance.
• Establish dashboard standards, naming conventions, and best practices across the team.
• Define and enforce data quality standards, validation frameworks, and reconciliation processes.
• Document data definitions, lineage, and business logic to support audit readiness and scalability.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across Product Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Leadership to translate findings and align analytics priorities.
• Manage multiple workstreams, communicate timelines, and balance stakeholder requests with clear trade-offs.

Key requirements

• 4-7 years of progressive experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end analytics projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
• Experience in financial services, capital markets, or fund administration is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Domo (DataFlows, Beast Mode, Domo Everywhere, connectors); Power BI or Tableau acceptable as alternatives.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and enterprise data integration (SAP, NetSuite, Denodo a plus).
• Strong ability to present complex data to non-technical and executive audiences with clarity.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple workstreams with limited oversight.
