Lead C# .Net Developer Asset Management

Overview

In this role you will lead the creation of a brand-new trading platform for the real estate space within a London-based trading house. You’ll work closely with the head of investment management and a collaborative team to deliver a scalable, proprietary system. Expect exposure to trading infrastructure and Bloomberg data flows in a fintech context, with significant impact on how the business executes relative value opportunities. This is a rare, growth-oriented opportunity to shape a greenfield project in a real estate fintech domain.

Responsibilities

• Develop a brand-new greenfield trading platform using C# and .NET
• Build desktop and web interfaces (WinForms, WebForms; WPF ideally) for mission-critical systems
• Collaborate with the head of investment management and cross-functional teams
• Work on the real estate trading platform and integrate trading workflows and data flows
• Support Windows and Linux environments and ensure system stability in production

Key requirements

• Computer Science degree or equivalent
• ≥6 years of commercial software development experience
• Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, SQL, and LINQ
• Experience with WinForms; WebForms; ideally WPF
• Windows and Linux desktop application development experience
• Experience with mission-critical systems
• Exposure to trading infrastructure and Bloomberg data flows (desirable)
• Fintech/trading domain familiarity (desirable)
