Responsibilities

• drive business process modelling to capture current and new workflows
• facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• ensure delivery within project constraints and timelines
• support pre-sales activities and customer requirements prioritisation
• work with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
• mentor and guide team members on story writing and best practices
• communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders

Key requirements

• experience in bespoke software delivery in an agile, client-facing consulting environment
• UK public sector experience
• broad business and technology understanding with awareness of industry trends
• strong stakeholder management and ability to challenge where appropriate
• excellent user story creation and backlog management skills
• strong business process modelling and process redesign capabilities
• effective facilitation of small groups and decision-making
• ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
• commercial awareness and ability to deliver within project constraints
• familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches
