Overview

Join a growing London office of an offshore law firm to handle corporate work across the BVI, Bermuda and Cayman Islands. You will lead M&A, ECM, reorganisations and redomiciliations, with a strong emphasis on cross-border matters. Collaborate with a expanding team and contribute to the firm’s London growth and cross-border capabilities. This role offers exposure to offshore corporate law in a dynamic, collaborative culture with impactful client work.

Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate matters across BVI, Bermuda and Cayman Islands
• Lead M&A, ECM transactions, reorganisations and redomiciliations
• Support cross-border work and client deliverables
• Collaborate with growing London office and offshore teams
• Contribute to continuous business development and knowledge sharing

Key requirements

• 6-8 PQE
• England & Wales or Commonwealth qualified
• At least 6 years corporate law experience in the UK or offshore
• London-based or able to relocate to London
• Experience with cross-border corporate transactions is a plus
