Residential Project Manager – London

Overview

In this role you will lead a London-based residential development from start to finish, coordinating a construction team and external trades to deliver high-quality apartments on schedule and within budget. You will work to build a strong brand for a well-regarded developer, ensuring safety, compliance, and seamless integration with sales and handover milestones. You will drive on-site execution, resolve issues, and mentorAssistant/Site Managers to support the project’s successful completion. Pay / Benefits

• salary up to 75,000 plus package, bonus, benefits

Responsibilities

• Direct and train the Assistant/Site Manager(s) and support their development
• Adhere to Build Policy and Procedures
• Supervise/sub-contractors, material suppliers and utilities for efficient build per programme, quality and cost targets
• Ensure work is scheduled to meet production targets and maintain high-quality output within budget
• Verify drawings and instructions are followed
• Coordinate and control subcontractors, provide information on additional requirements, and address arising issues
• Maintain Health and Safety compliance per company procedures and statutory requirements

Key requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a construction management role within the house-building sector
• Experience with RC frame developments from start to finish
• Experience overseeing trades/subcontractors, scheduling and order management, programming, snagging, liaising with sales
• Self-motivated with initiative; able to lead by example and motivate others
• Proven planning/organizational ability to meet objectives and deadlines
• Ability to lead the project operational team to achieve start on site, show-home opening, CML and legal completion targets within budget
• CSCS Managers Card
