Arabic Speaking Implementation Consultant – Fintech

Overview

In this role you will support the delivery and integration of our fintech solutions for clients in the MENA region, acting as a bridge between sales, services and technical teams. You will work on KYC products, software delivery cycles, and on-site or remote installations within a SaaS-hosted environment. You drive client understanding, tailor product configurations, and manage timelines to ensure high service delivery. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role with autonomy and impact on risk data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of KYC products to match client needs
• Participate in full software delivery cycle (pre-sales to support)
• demonstrate products during sales cycles to illustrate value
• assist sales with product justification in pre-sales
• perform customization analysis and recommend solutions
• manage project timelines and client expectations
• respond to client inquiries to ensure excellent service
• install software on-site or remotely
• integrate products with client processes via batch and programmatic methods

Key requirements

• Min 3 years commercial experience
• Arabic Speaker
• Experience with SQL databases and SQL programming
• Experience with application support or implementation
• Experience with scripting, batch processing, data file manipulation, or Web services
• Knowledge of data management concepts, analytics, data quality, integration, BI, CRM, Report Writer or similar technologies
• Technical, mathematical, or scientific degree
• Ideally knowledge of SWIFT
• Ideally ability to read OO code (C++, C#, Java) or XML
