In this role you will perform planned and reactive refrigeration maintenance across supermarket environments in the Home Counties, supporting a long-term retail estate. You will gain exposure to CO₂ pack systems and work within a structured regional team with strong planning support. Responsibilities

• PPM delivery across supermarket refrigeration assets
• Reactive fault diagnosis and repair
• Supporting CO₂ pack systems (training available)
• Minor installations and system modifications
• Participation in structured standby rota (1 in 4)

Key requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Refrigeration
• F-Gas Category 1
• Full UK driving licence
• Retail refrigeration experience desirable
