Overview
In Berkshire, join an award-winning developer as a Site Manager to lead luxury housing projects from inception through delivery. You will oversee residential builds across Berkshire, coordinating on-site teams and ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on delivering high-end homes on schemes valued between 10m and 80m, with opportunities to shape premium residential developments. You will work in a reputable team and drive project performance and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage residential housing schemes on site from initial setup to completion
- Coordinate construction activities across RC frames, groundworks, and traditional build houses
- Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and quality standards
- Lead and motivate full site teams to achieve safety, schedule, and budget targets
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and resolve on-site issues to keep projects on track
Key requirements
- Strong track record of managing housing/residential schemes
- Residential construction background
- RC frame experience
- Experience of traditional build houses
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations
- Excellent site management skills and leadership
