Responsibilities
- Manage a broad range of real estate matters including commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Handle landlord and tenant matters
- Oversee development projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use)
- Coordinate property finance and refinancing work
- Contribute real estate insights to corporate transactions
Key requirements
- 4+ years PQE in real estate law
- NI qualified; ROI/E&W qualification a bonus
