Overview

As a Cloud Security Specialist for Northern Europe, you drive Falcon Cloud Security growth by owning territory plans, pipeline, and end-to-end sales cycles. You collaborate with regional sales teams to embed cloud security in account strategies and engage security leaders, DevOps, and cloud architects. The role combines independent selling with cross-team enablement to win enterprise deals and accelerate adoption post-sale. You will stay aligned with CrowdStrike’s AI-driven, mission-focused culture and cloud roadmap across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a cloud security territory plan for Northern Europe, prioritising high-potential accounts and measurable outcomes
  • Generate pipeline through direct outreach, partnerships, and marketing alignment
  • Lead Falcon Cloud Security sales cycles end-to-end: discovery, qualification, business case, and close
  • Educate regional sales teams on cloud security opportunities and integrate Falcon Cloud Security into account strategies
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels from CISO to DevOps and cloud architects, guiding technical and business conversations
  • Support post-sale adoption, renewals, and expansion of Falcon Cloud Security products
  • Stay current on CrowdStrike’s cloud security roadmap and developments across AWS, Azure, and GCP, plus competitive landscape
  • Provide product and market feedback to leadership and product management
  • Travel up to 50% to engage with customers across territories

Key requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of enterprise technology sales with cloud security or cloud computing products
  • Proven track record of building own pipeline without hand-me-down opportunities
  • Experience enabling generalist account teams and integrating cloud security into broader strategies
  • Technical depth in cloud security (workload protection, container/Kubernetes security, CSPM, CDIR) with ability to lead technical conversations without always needing a solutions engineer
  • Commercial credibility with CISOs and senior stakeholders; proven complex enterprise deal closure (250K–2M)
  • Strong Northern European market knowledge and existing relationships in UKI, Benelux, or Nordics preferred
  • Structured sales discipline and qualification framework usage (e.g., MEDDICC) for forecasting and disqualification when needed
  • Fluency in English; additional Dutch or Nordic language a plus
  • Cloud practitioner certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred
  • Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to enable cross-functional teams
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and able to manage large territories
  • Resilient and adaptable to long sales cycles and changing conditions
  • Cloud security architecture knowledge
