Internal Site Manager – Residential Project – London

Overview

In this role you will manage the internal fit-out phase of a flagship West London scheme for a respected UK residential developer. You will oversee the internal works from 1st fix to handover on part of the first phase, reporting to the Senior Project Manager and coordinating with site assistants. The position sits within a construction team focused on large-scale RC Frame and Traditional Build projects in a luxury market. This is an opportunity to shape the finish quality and schedule on a high-profile development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the internal fit-out process for part of the first phase
• Report to and liaise with the Senior Project Manager
• Manage and coordinate assistants on site
• Ensure internal works progress from 1st fix through to completion and handover
• Apply knowledge of RC Frame/Traditional Build internal works to meet project timelines and quality

Key requirements

• Internal fit-out experience on large-scale residential projects
• Experience with RC Frame/Traditional Build developments
• Understanding of internal works process from 1st fix to handover
• Trade background is advantageous
• CSCS Black Card (Desirable), SMSTS, First Aid certificates

• Leadership and team coordination
