In this Lead Consultant role, you will leverage deep knowledge of the London Insurance Market to guide business analysis and process improvement for specialty insurance placements. You will partner with underwriting, claims, and operations to capture requirements, map workflows, and align IT solutions with market regulatory needs. You will act as a bridge between business units and tech teams, driving workshops with senior stakeholders and facilitating delivery within a global digital services context. This position offers impact through optimizing market processes and ensuring compliant reporting for Lloyd’s, FCA, and PRA.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate London Market expertise across syndicates, cover-holders, brokers, and the Xchanging bureau
• Analyze end-to-end placement processes for specialty insurance within the London Market
• Support projects involving Lloyd’s of London and related market participants
• Gather, validate, and document requirements from underwriting, claims, and operations teams
• Map current workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Understand regulatory reporting requirements for managing agents and syndicates
• Participate in projects to prepare and validate reports for Lloyd’s, FCA, and PRA compliance
• Support reinsurance reporting and regulatory standards
• Facilitate workshops and liaison with senior stakeholders to define scope and deliverables
