Site Coordinator

Overview

In this role you will coordinate the design support and on-site execution for nuclear waste treatment plants and components, contributing to dismantling technologies for contaminated systems. You will collaborate with international teams, participate in supplier oversight, and support commissioning and bidding activities from Mannheim. You drive safe, compliant project delivery and technical documentation across global sites. This position offers hands-on impact in a mission-driven, innovation-focused company.

Responsibilities

• Review and support design documents and final documentation
• Compile documentation packages
• Monitor suppliers and manufacturing processes
• Participate in factory acceptance tests at suppliers or customers
• On-site inspections and commissioning support for complete systems
• Assist in preparation of offers and technical concepts
• Collaborate in international teams
• Travel nationally and internationally

Key requirements

• State-certified technician (completed)
• Driver’s license (car)
• Fluency in German and English
• Good MS Office skills
• Strong technical interest, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
