Overview

As part of Operational Excellence, you lead continuous improvement initiatives across assigned areas to boost service, productivity, and efficiency. You collaborate with leaders to redesign processes and embed changes into daily operations. You drive measurable performance improvements and coach teams to adopt CI practices. This role sits at the heart of a transformation to make insurance simpler, faster, and more responsive, with a focus on sustainable change.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of continuous improvement outcomes, including service performance, productivity and efficiency gains.
• Identify, prioritise and execute improvements with measurable impact against performance metrics.
• Lead process redesign and optimisation and embed changes into day-to-day operations.
• Address performance issues and partner with leaders to enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with operational teams to sustain and embed improvements.
• Coach stakeholders to adopt CI practices and continuously improve performance.

Key requirements

• Solid experience in continuous improvement, Lean or process optimisation.
• Lean Six Sigma qualified.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in operational performance.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
