• Optimise contract profitability
• Provide quotations to clients for variations
• Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of residential groundworks
• Produce accurate monthly cost and value reports
• Support all standard Quantity Surveyor duties

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks
