Overview

In this role you will support the Global HR Shared Services function across UK/EMEA, driving accurate, compliant HR operations and user-focused service delivery. You will act as a senior escalation point for complex lifecycle activities and partner with HRBPs, COEs, and managers to standardize global policies. You’ll contribute to digital transformation, process improvements, and key HR cycles while developing junior teammates. Responsibilities

  • Serve as senior point of contact for complex HR queries and lifecycle transactions
  • Manage escalated HR cases within SLA targets and monitor queues
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve service delivery and employee experience
  • Build relationships with managers, employees, HR Business Partners, and COEs across regions
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding, changes, and offboarding across multiple jurisdictions
  • Ensure compliant employment documentation and conduct background checks and right-to-work verifications
  • Coordinate benefits and leave management; support global mobility (visas, permits)
  • Oversee complex data changes and contractual amendments; advise on HR policies and processes
  • Support HR Business Partners with employee relations administration
  • Coordinate annual HR activities (salary reviews, promotions, performance, talent initiatives)
  • Support market benchmarking, compensation analysis, benefits reviews, and salary surveys
  • Produce and maintain reports, org charts, workforce analytics, and governance docs

Key requirements

  • Significant experience in HR administration/operations/shared services
  • Experience managing end-to-end lifecycle across multiple countries/regions
  • Strong HRIS knowledge, preferably D365 HR or ServiceNow
  • Ability to handle complex processes with high accuracy and confidentiality
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to identify trends
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and deadline prioritization
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong Office skills
