You will advise on commercial, regulatory, procurement and subsidy controls, assisting delivery of major schemes across energy, defence, transport and public sector work. Responsibilities
- provide commercial and regulatory advice on major infrastructure and energy projects
- manage procurement and subsidy control matters
- perform due diligence for large projects
- support delivery of high-value, complex assignments
- collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on multi-disciplinary matters
Key requirements
- qualify as a Solicitor in England & Wales by September 2026
- experience from a Projects seat or related areas (Commercial, Corporate, Banking & Finance, Construction)
- demonstrate genuine interest in energy, infrastructure, public sector or regulated industries
- enjoy solving complex problems and working at pace
- enthusiasm for the sector and transferable skills; a Projects seat is not essential
