Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver building surveying services across varied assets
- Act as Contract Administrator on refurbishment schemes
- Manage client relationships and contribute to new business development

Key requirements
- MRICS qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong experience across professional and project-led surveying
- Commercially aware with excellent client-facing skills
- Self-sufficient, proactive, and collaborative
- Able to manage multiple instructions with precision and pace
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
