Overview
In this role you will lead on-site delivery for a reputable main contractor, overseeing new build and refurbishment projects across commercial, education, residential, healthcare, leisure and retail sectors. You will drive project performance, ensure quality standards, and manage a full site team to meet deadlines and budgets. The position offers exposure to diverse schemes and a chance to shape delivery across multiple sectors in the Southern Counties. This is a senior front-line role with a strong emphasis on leadership and safety culture. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the full site team on multiple projects
- Oversee delivery of new build and refurbishment works
- Ensure health, safety and quality compliance on site
- Coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders to maintain schedule
- Maintain site records, progress reporting and issue resolution
- Support project delivery within commercial constraints
Key requirements
- Experience with a reputable Main Contractor
- Proven track record on new build and refurbishment projects
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- Excellent construction knowledge
