Responsibilities

• Deliver effective medical care to the entitled population
• Manage long-term conditions and prescribing per guidance
• Handle administration including referrals and repeat prescriptions
• Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with practice policies
• Share workload collaboratively and participate in practice meetings
• Contribute to quality initiatives, governance, and training
• Support GP Registrars and staff development
• Participate in audits and local service initiatives
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements
• Prepare for appraisal, revalidation, and CPD
• Support strategic aims of the practice and patient care improvements

• Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
• Annual appraisal and revalidation
• General practice training (VT)
• On medical performers list
• Enhanced DBS check
• UK driving licence
