Overview

Ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor sought for a well-regarded national firm in Manchester city centre. You will work within a Real Estate Development and Investment focus, handling both residential and commercial property matters. The role combines advisory work with transactional duties across acquisitions, disposals, leases and development projects. You’ll contribute to regeneration schemes and mixed-use development sites for public and private sector clients, while pursuing clear career progression and a strong work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Undertake a mix of property work: acquisitions, disposals, leases, licences
• Involvement in development and regeneration schemes
• Advising and undertaking acquisitions of development sites for mixed-use schemes (public and private sector)
• Negotiation of leases for landlords and tenants
• Contribute to development and regeneration initiatives
• Property portfolio management

Key requirements

• 1-3 PQE in Commercial Property
• proven experience in property matters at a reputable firm
• commercial outlook and ability to act as a business advisor to clients
