Integrated Project Planner

Overview

In this role you will serve as Integrated Project Planner supporting major programmes within Secure Communications UK. You will create and maintain top-level and IPT schedules, analyse costs against forward load, and track milestones and risks. You will provide consolidated management reporting and help standardise planning templates. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive on-time delivery and align projects with the company’s mission in sustainable aerospace and space initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and deliver top-level and IPT schedules
• Analyse project costs vs forward load with resource tracking
• Track payment milestones and risk indicators
• Manage Change Control activities including waivers/deviations
• Support management with data, reporting, and recommendations
• Provide monthly/quarterly consolidated project reports to senior management
• Create and maintain standardised scheduling/reporting templates
• Provide project administration support to the Project Manager and team

Key requirements

• Experience in Project Management with scheduling, logic checking, Earned Value and Risk Management
• Knowledge of planning best practices (dependencies, resource scheduling, schedule health checks, critical path analysis, WBS)
• Planning to stage boundaries and contingency planning
• Knowledge/understanding of Project Management methodologies
• Proficient use of MS Project Professional & Primavera P6 Professional
