Senior Financial Lines Broker

Overview

In this role you will drive international Financial Lines and Bonds placements, connecting Middle East, Africa and LATAM opportunities with Lloyd’s and London markets. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to tailor risk transfer solutions and grow a broad international book. You’ll structure and place complex risks with market carriers, while building trusted relationships and delivering expert advice. This hybrid London-based opportunity combines client leadership with strategic market engagement to accelerate coverage and value. Responsibilities

• Develop and produce new Financial Lines and Bonds business across international markets (Middle East, Africa, LATAM)
• Manage and grow client relationships, providing expert advice and tailored insurance solutions
• Structure and place risks into Lloyd’s and London market carriers
• Collaborate with internal teams, underwriters, and clients to deliver innovative risk transfer strategies
• Attend client and market meetings, with occasional travel as needed

Key requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Financial Lines broking
• Proven track record of placing complex risks into the London and Lloyd’s markets
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Self-motivated and commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
• Solid understanding of relevant market wordings, coverages, and regulatory considerations
