Business Analysis Manager (Edgewing)

Overview

In this role you will lead the delivery of business requirements and change activity across the Digital Business Value Stream, overseeing a portfolio of complex programmes and a BA team. You’ll coordinate cross-functional work spanning Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, and Projects to enable successful delivery. Responsibilities

• Mobilise resources and lead scoping, planning, development, delivery and assessment of information and communications systems services
• Manage and support a team of Business Analysts to drive delivery across the portfolio
• Apply and evolve business analysis methods, tools and techniques for both agile and plan-driven delivery
• Support estimating, planning and budgeting activities and monitor service performance across the portfolio
• Foster growth and capability development within teams through ongoing guidance

Key requirements

• Relevant qualification or equivalent experience such as BCS BA Diploma, HNC, Prince2 Foundation or a Computer Science degree
• Experience delivering within a large or complex organisation
• Experience working in a Business Analysis environment
• Experience leading and supporting teams
