Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver multiple construction contracts to meet client objectives
• Ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality targets
• Supervise projects to align with client requirements and standards
• Maintain Health and Safety compliance across sites
• Make key decisions for successful project delivery
• Mentor self and others for development
• Attend pre-contract meetings and oversee design, quality control, and documentation
• Liaise with Bid Team to position contracts for winning bids
• Develop strong client relationships through effective communication

Key requirements

• Degree qualified or equivalent
• Established track record delivering projects on time and within budget
• Experience with large-scale refurbishments and new builds
• CSCS and SMSTS certificates (up to date)
• Smart, presentable with customer-facing experience
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work with minimal instruction
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Ability to staff contracts effectively and coordinate with Bid Team
