Assistant Site Manager – Residential Developer – East London

Overview

In East London, you will support the delivery of luxury residential apartments on a traditional build. You work alongside Site Managers to guide the scheme from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery. This role offers clear on-site progression within a respected residential developer. You will contribute to shaping a flagship project within a larger housing program and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet milestones.

Responsibilities

• assist in overseeing the development from inception to completion
• work alongside Site Managers to coordinate on-site activities
• support traditional build luxury apartment construction (1, 2, 3 bed)
• help ensure project milestones and quality standards are met
• contribute to site safety and compliance through required certifications
