UX Designer

Overview

As a UX Designer in a fast-paced sportsbook and iGaming product team, you own the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery. You’ll craft user journeys across web and mobile, partner with product and engineering, and contribute to design systems across multiple brands. This role blends research, thoughtful interaction design, and high-fidelity outputs to improve core user experiences. You’ll work in a collaborative, international environment focused on cross-brand growth and high-quality product design.

Responsibilities

• Own the UX process from discovery through final design and delivery
• Design user journeys for sportsbook and gaming products across brands
• Create wireframes, flows, interactive prototypes, and polished designs
• Leverage advanced Figma to build scalable layouts, components, and prototypes
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to validate ideas
• Translate insights, analytics and business needs into intuitive experiences
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and UX peers to move features to launch
• Use data and feedback to continually improve designs
• Contribute to design systems and ensure cross-brand consistency
• Present designs with clear rationale and decisions
• Balance user needs with commercial and technical constraints

Key requirements

• 3+ years in UX Design or Product Design with a strong end-to-end portfolio
• Strong Figma skills with proficiency beyond basics (advanced layouts, components, variants, prototyping, design system usage)
• Strong visual and interaction design skills
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile experiences
• Knowledge of UX principles, accessibility and usability
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Ability to use analytics to inform design decisions
• Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently within a broader product team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Desirable: experience in sportsbook, iGaming or online casino; experience with A/B testing
