Manager – SAP SuccessFactors Module Owner (Employee Central), IT Business Services

Overview

You will help deliver and support a cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solution for Deloitte’s UK and Swiss businesses, collaborating with HR to enable seamless HR processes. You’ll work within a modern, evolving IT landscape with AI and data initiatives at the core, translating business needs into effective HR tech solutions. The role focuses on stability and continuous improvement of the Hire to Retire lifecycle, with a fast-paced, change-friendly environment. Responsibilities

• Support and/or implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central for HR stakeholders
• Collaborate with HR to drive changes and improvements to HR systems
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Contribute to incident and problem management with a people-first approach
• Engage in change management and agile ways of working
• Utilize tools like ServiceNow ITSM and Azure DevOps for delivery and service management
• Understand integration approaches (API, secure file transfers, data replication) with other systems
• Explore AI-enabled enhancements and People Insights within the data landscape

Key requirements

• 3–5 years of experience supporting or implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Integrity and proactive problem-solving mindset
• Experience translating business requirements into solutions
• Knowledge of incident/problem management and agile change delivery
• Familiarity with HR data topics within SuccessFactors (e.g., Employee Data, Foundation Objects, RM) is advantageous
